• Added Offset to temperature sensor for calibration (deCONZ only).
  Updating Offset from homekit doesn't yet work, but when changing config.offset on deCONZ, value is reflected in HomeKit. Please limit value to -500..500 (-5.0°C to 0.5°C) - deCONZ doesn't yet check the value;
• Added CurrentConsumption to plugs and lights supporting power measurement (deCONZ only).
  Not yet functional in deCONZ - config.power reports 0 all the time;
• Bump homebridge-hue-utils to v0.4.0;
• Bump deCONZ to v2.05.02.
