More code cleanup and bug fixes:
- Reverted change from v0.5.56 to use HomeKit reachable instead of
Status Fault, see also #251. - Make sure dump file is created before homebridge chokes on duplicate UUIDs, see #203 (comment).
- Changed the ubisys dimmer buttons, in line with dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin@7d5a2c3.
- Fix bug exposing schedules.
