Enhancements

• Split wallSwitch behaviour from No Response behaviour. The wallSwitch setting once again only causes On to be reported as off, when the bridge/gateway reports reachable as false. New noResponse setting controls reporting errors to HomeKit, causing it to display No Response.

Bug Fixes:

• Don't check for modelid in authenticated GET /config response, see #909;
• Configured Name not exposed when configuredName is set. See #910.
