Enhancements

• With the wallSwitch setting, Homebridge Hue now shows non-reachable lights as No Response in HomeKit. See the Wiki for details.

Bug Fixes

• Accept bridgeid in lowercase, see #901;
• Add configuredName config.json setting to expose a dummy Configured Name characteristic so the HomeKit service name can be changed. See #861.
  Do not set this, unless you've upgraded from Homebridge Hue between v0.12.2 and v0.12.12 and can no longer change the HomeKit service name.
