Enhancements:

• Use old custom Color Temperature charactertistic to expose colour temperature for enhanced color lights. This fixes the "jumping colour" issues in Home, and yet enables setting the warm white/cool white channels of RGB+CCT lights from Eve. See #571.
• Remove forceCt setting;
• Thanks to @oznu, the debug dump file can now be downloaded from Homebridge Config UI X, see homebridge/homebridge-config-ui-x#676.

Bug fixes:

• TypeError for Tasmota, which doesn't expose manufacturername, see #693.
• Not setting max value for switch event range for Hue bridge link button;
• Ignore (for now) state.lift, state.tilt, and state.open for window covering devices.
