Enhancements:

• Add Streaming characteristic to Hue Entertainment groups to turn off streaming from HomeKit. See #496.
• Use standard LockPhysicalControls characteristic instead of custom Lock characteristic for thermostat's lock. Note that Eve displays this standard charactertistic under the accessory details as Child Lock. Also note that, even though this is a standard characteristic, Apple's Home app doesn't show it.
