7za instead of slow and not easy to distribute xz is used now to produce xz archives. deb building expected to be noticeable faster (if > 1 CPU). Currently, only on macOS.
artifactName is respected for GitHub artifact name if it conforms to GitHub rules. Thanks to Dmitry Chestnykh.
