• [simulator-launcher][build-tools] Add eas/start_warm_appium_remote_session, which runs the Appium session on the warm Simulator, or starts cold. An appium claim stops the unused tools first, so WDA does not share the Simulator with the agent-device runner. (#4735 by @gwdp)
• [build-tools] Add warm iOS session steps (eas/start_warm_serve_sim_remote_session, eas/start_warm_agent_device_session, eas/start_warm_argent_remote_session). They run the existing session on the warm Simulator, or start cold. eas/start_agent_device_session also accepts install_app_path and launch_app_identifier. (#4723 by @gwdp)
• [build-tools] Update the app version and build number from the final application archive, so the build shows the values the native build resolved. (#3499 by @kadikraman)
