apexcharts 8.7.0 on Node.js NPM

A minor release: six chart fixes that first came up in the Blazor wrapper, plus a fix for line series in candlestick charts.

Fixes:

A palette you name is kept. theme.palette: 'palette1' in dark mode, or 'palette4' in light mode, used to be swapped for the mode's default at render and after updateOptions. Charts that set no palette still follow the mode, including through undo, redo and perspectives.
CSV export writes each point's own x. On a category axis that became numeric (numeric x values with no xaxis.type), rows took the axis tick labels instead, so with tickAmount set the first rows read 1, 40, 80 and so on.
An intersect tooltip lists every series whose marker is drawn at the hovered spot, not only the topmost one (#4778).
An x range annotation stays drawn when you zoom inside it on a category axis converted to numeric.
A line or area series keeps its line when a string x repeats.
A single series with numeric x values and no axis type gets its default tick count back, instead of one tick per point (a regression since 8.3.0). An explicit tickAmount: 'dataPoints' is unchanged.
A line series in a candlestick chart no longer floors the y axis.

Behaviour changes to check when upgrading:

markerClick and dataPointSelection, and click on the SVG renderer, carry a new coincident list naming every point drawn at that spot. seriesIndex and dataPointIndex still name the marker drawn on top. The canvas renderer's click does not carry it; use markerClick there.
Where markers overlap, the intersect tooltip shows one row per series.
perspectives.capture() and the captured view state include theme.paletteExplicit.
CSV output changes for two shapes that were wrong: a category axis converted to numeric now writes each point's x, and a bar chart with Date x values writes the epoch.
apexcharts.min.js grows by about 2.6 KB gzipped, mostly the coincident marker lookup in core.

Shade the 3D funnel connector of a hex alpha or named colour (#4949). Thanks @nk-batman21.
Follow a container that moves in the frame the chart draws.
Keep an x range on a zoomed category axis when its ends are off screen.
Write each point's own x in the CSV, not the axis ticks.
Keep the default tick count on numeric x values with no axis type.
List every series whose marker is drawn at the hovered spot.
Keep a palette the page names, palette1 and palette4 included.
Let undo, perspectives and the default mode keep a defaulted palette following the mode.
Keep the chart's tickAmount when an update brings a formatter or categories.
Keep the CSV category a string and a Date x its epoch.
Keep the line when a string x repeats.
Keep a line series in a candlestick chart from flooring the y axis (#5407).

The default bundle is 277,531 B gzipped, up 2,889 B (1.1%) from 8.6.0.

Upgrading is npm install apexcharts@8.7.0.
