Add the MESSAGE_SUBSCRIBE channel mode, which replaces SUBSCRIBE. SUBSCRIBE is still accepted in ChannelOptions.modes as a synonym, but RealtimeChannel.modes now reports the granted mode as message_subscribe rather than subscribe #2317
