• The block-closing-brace-empty-line-before rule, with the values never and except: ["after-closing-brace"], now requires an empty line before the closing brace of a block if that block ends with a nested block, even if there is a declaration earlier in that block. Previously, this setting incorrectly required the removal of the empty line (see #750).
