iOS: present() on a sheet that isn't in a window, such as on a screen that just regained focus but isn't back on screen yet, now logs a warning instead of only rejecting. Present it once the screen is visible, or use initialDetentIndex. (#990 by @lodev09)

Android: A fling now settles the sheet at the next detent in its direction, like iOS and Compose Material3's sheet. A fling down from the middle of three detents, or from the top of two, used to settle back unless released past halfway. (#996 by @philiplindberg)
Changing detents while the sheet is presented now keeps it at the same detent: adding or removing a detent below it no longer moves the sheet. If its detent is removed, the sheet moves to the detent now at the same index. onDetentChange reports the new index or detent. (#999 by @lodev09)
