⚠️ CocoaPods deprecation notice
CocoaPods is winding down its central package trunk, which becomes read-only on 2 December 2026. Intercom is deprecating CocoaPods as an installation method for the iOS SDK and will stop publishing new versions of the Intercom pod in its final release before that date. Versions already published will continue to install, so existing builds keep working. See the iOS SDK 19.9.2 release notes for migration guidance.
⚠️ Android compatibility notice
The next major Android SDK will be built with Kotlin 2.3 and will require apps to use Kotlin 2.0 or later due to binary compatibility.
