Release notes

Enhancements

  • Help Center articles now appear as soon as they're drawn, without waiting for every image to finish loading.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a crash that could occur on early iOS 26.0 betas when opening a conversation.
  • Fixed a device token being rejected when it was registered right after the user granted notification permission.
  • Fixed the sender, timestamp and "via Klipy" credit on GIF messages stretching across the full message width, or the credit being missing.

⚠️ CocoaPods deprecation notice

CocoaPods is winding down its central package trunk, which becomes read-only on 2 December 2026. Intercom is deprecating CocoaPods as an installation method for the iOS SDK and will stop publishing new versions of the Intercom pod before that date. Versions already published will continue to install. See the iOS SDK 19.9.1 release notes for migration guidance.

⚠️ Android compatibility notice

The next major Android SDK will be built with Kotlin 2.3 and will require apps to use Kotlin 2.0 or later due to binary compatibility.
