Improvements

• Updated TCF Canada (TcfCaV1) encoding to use Fibonacci-based OptimizedRange encoding and compressed Base64 serialization.
• Maintained backward-compatible decoding for previously generated TCF Canada consent strings.

UsNat Updates

• Added support for US National (UsNat) v2.
• Improved backward compatibility for existing UsNat v1 consent strings.
• Added support for decoding legacy 60-bit UsNat strings.
• Updated UsNat version handling to align with the latest implementation.

Notes

• This release introduces support for four new GPP US state privacy sections along with updates to TCF Canada and UsNat implementations.
• Existing TCF Canada consent strings remain fully decodable through backward-compatible decoding.
