What's Changed

react-dom/no-unknown-property: fixed a false positive where the React camelCase SVG prop renderingIntent was reported as an unknown property, including on code produced by this rule's own autofix for rendering-intent. (#2055)
react-jsx/no-useless-fragment: the auto-fixer no longer unwraps fragments outside JSX whose children are all whitespace (ex: const x = <> </>; or return <>\n</> with allowExpressions: false); the previous fix produced syntactically invalid JavaScript such as const x = ;. These fragments are still reported, just without a fix. (#2055)
