What's Changed

react-x/no-unused-props: computed member access and destructuring with an identifier key (ex: props[key], const { [key]: value } = props) no longer count as usage of a prop named after the key; the rule now bails out on such dynamic keys instead of reporting actually-used props as unused. (#1994)
react-x/set-state-in-effect: object-pattern destructuring of the useState tuple is now resolved by numeric key: a name bound at key 0 (ex: const { 0: value } = useState()) is no longer mistaken for the setter, while key 1 (ex: const { 1: setData } = useState()) is still recognized. (#1994)
react-x/set-state-in-render: same useState object-pattern destructuring fix as set-state-in-effect. (#1994)
