The server-side bootstrapping process has been changed to eliminate the reliance on a global platform injector.
Before:
const bootstrap = () => bootstrapApplication(AppComponent, config);
After:
const bootstrap = (context: BootstrapContext) => bootstrapApplication(AppComponent, config, context);
