• Raise max_header_size value in :httpc options.
  This is needed in order to be compatible with new GitHub's HTTP headers values used in redirects.

  In a recent change, GitHub added more hosts to the CSP allow list, and thus this increased
  the size in bytes of the Content-Security-Policy header. The increased value was then failing
  with the {:header_too_long, {:max, 10240}} error from :httpc.

  This fix set the maximum value in bytes to 65536. It does not affect the checksum process.
