  * ci: Don't wipe libwlroots-dev.
    It's not in the clang image and not in the Debian archive anymore either
  * view: Don't forget to set window state when tiling.
    A tiled window is not maximized.
    This became visible in phosh now that we set a background for maximized
    windows in the overview.
