Instead of one flat "Failed to publish note," Ditto names what actually went wrong — a cancelled signature, a signer that never answered, a rate limit, a relay asking you to log in — and what to do about it. A post with nowhere to go no longer reports itself as sent. And when your login can't sign a Bitcoin transaction, Ditto points you to a signer that can instead of suggesting you paste your secret key.
