Notable changes and fixes:
- Improved lazy loading: long task lists should no longer cause stuttering.
- Added support for nested tasks (see issue #11).
- Added support for recurring tasks (GNOME Shell >=3.38 only, see issue #12).
- Tasks are now ordered by priority (see issue #13).
- Fixed task due dates: time zones are now taken into account (see issue #14).
- Fixed translation back-end: enabling the extension should no longer affect the translation of other Shell strings (see issue #15).
