• Add validation for Attribute Filters which only applies to '/table/...' endpoints
• Intent Checks are now loaded at initialization
• reports variable in fetch/all functions now accepts boolean
  • Defaults to False
  • It will derive the reports web endpoint from the configured Intent Checks
