Upgrade Notes:
- The target file used for file tests has been changed to a notably larger one (~16kb to ~640kb) to gauge performance of these endpoints under stress better. As always, please refer to the Environment Config docs for the latest updates to this file. Also note that with this change there will be heavier network use.
