• Builds and releases are now automated. mise run release picks the next version, builds the changelog, commits, tags and pushes, and the GitLab CI then builds, packages and publishes the tagged release. Packaging moved from the project-local package.py / upload.py scripts to the shared sptbuild tool, driven by plugin.toml, and changelog entries are now managed as towncrier fragments under changes/.
