This is the ninth pre-release/preview of the plugin. It is not recommended for big servers, but should work fine for small servers and for testing purposes.

• Adds support for DH 2.3.0 nightlies built after 2024-11-22.
  
• Adds builds for Minecraft 1.21.3 and 1.21.4.
  
• Removes configuration option generate_new_chunks. Use the border option if you'd like to limit generation.
  
• Forces chunk loads to run on main thread on servers that don't support async loads. Fixes warning spam on Spigot.
