Dove 2026.11.01.1

Changes

Updated to Phoenix 2026.11.01.1.
Switched the default DNS over HTTPS back to Quad9, due to them now meeting our criteria (as well as the discontinuation of our current default provider, Mullvad).
Enabled DNS over HTTPS for DKIM Verifier by default.
- DKIM Verifier's default DNS provider has also been switched back to Quad9, for the same reasons outlined above.
Disabled searching company/network directories for contacts when addressing emails by default.
- This ensures that only local address books are used.
Disabled data collection UI settings.
- This removes the Data collection to improve Thunderbird section from Settings -> Privacy & Security.
Disabled "community" features.
- This covers ex. donation prompts and feedback prompts/nags.
First-party add-ons (ATN-XPIHandler and uBird) are now installed from addons.celenity.dev directly, instead of addons.thunderbird.net.
- This allows us to provide faster updates directly to users, and gives us more control over the distribution process.
- Note that the add-ons are still reviewed and signed by Mozilla.
Other minor tweaks and adjustments.
