• Add ArcMenu Layout default view tweak 'Pinned and Frequent Apps'.

• Add option to activate app on launch.
• Set 'metadata::trusted: true' when creating desktop shortcuts.
    - Allows launching the app from desktop without any further modifications.

Bug Fixes:

• Fix bug where apps assigned to multiple categories only appeared in the first category loaded.
