Totem Plates Module:

• Implemented the ability to support nameplate addons.
  
  • Initial support added for: ElvUI and Kui_Nameplates.
    
• Nameplates will now be found/handled more efficiently, along with the introduction of throttling to slow down updates.
  
• Icons will now be attached to WorldFrame and not the module frame.
  
• Module will now correctly update nameplates real-time when adjusting certain options.
  
• Implemented and fixed "Test" functionality.
  
• Adjusted alignment of totem icon to be in a more suitable position.
