• Moved to fully static musl builds, they should work now on most Linux systems including Alpine, new Alpine-based docker image is just 31.1MB in size
• Removed bencoder, now new qBit 4.3.4+ ratio and seeding time limit parameters are used on adding torrents instead of calculating hash of each torrent and sending a separate request to set limits
• Removed useless pausing of active downloads
