• added parsing of qBittorrent config, no need to specify host, port or username anymore if config is in the default location (~/.config/qBittorrent/qBittorrent.conf) or you specify it's location with new -C parameter, password is still need to be specified, because it's not stored in plaintext
• removed unnecessary behaviour from reannounce
• added mover command, useful for those who want to move torrents to different categories over time, use it with cron
