Bugfixes

• When removing a failed node, the node is now pinged up to 3 times with a pause inbetween attempts. This allows removing nodes that still respond for a short time after the reset (#5921)
• When including a SmartStart node, always perform S2 bootstrapping (#5918)
• Fixed a TypeError that could happen when bootstrapping an S2-capable node on behalf of an inclusion controller (#5917)
