Features

• Values for Notification CC variables that are mapped from V1 Alarms are now created during the interview (#5420)
• Add new SerialAPI Setup commands (#5437)

Bugfixes

• Only create CC values for CC versions a node is known - not assumed - to support (#5427)
• All commands contained in a Multi Command CC are now properly handled (#5423)
• Nodes are no longer marked dead when assigning/deleting routes fails due to any other reason than the node being unreachable (#5421)
• Parse some controller messages differently depending on SDK version, working around firmware 7.19.1 not matching the Host API specification (#5430)
• Several fixes to nvmedit utility which powers NVM backup/restore: include changes in 7.18.1 firmware, support 7.19.x protocol file format, allow restoring NVMs onto unsupported future firmware versions (#5432, #5434)
