Play in Browser Audio Track Selector:
- Added an intuitive audio track selector in the browser player modal header (🎧 <LANG> ▾) next to the close button, displaying the active audio stream and channel/codec info (e.g. English • 5.1 (AC3), Slovenian • Stereo (AAC)).
- Clicking the selector opens a dark popover menu allowing instant audio switching on multi-audio HLS playlists or smooth reload with audio_stream_index while preserving current playback timestamp (video.currentTime) and playback state.
- Added support for audio_stream_index in jellyha/resolve_playback WebSocket command to enforce specific audio track selection in transcoding sessions.

Play in Browser Transcoding & PlaybackInfo Fixes (#75):
- Sanitized custom device profiles sent to /Items/{itemId}/PlaybackInfo by stripping invalid non-GUID IDs that caused Jellyfin 500 internal server errors.
- Fixed DELETE /Videos/ActiveEncodings by providing DeviceId="jellyha-browser", ensuring FFmpeg transcoding jobs terminate properly on the Jellyfin server when closing the browser player modal.
- Enforced baseline browser transcoding parameters (VideoCodec=h264, AudioCodec=aac, SegmentContainer=ts, and bitrate limits) while merging server-provided TranscodingUrl query parameters.
- Sanitized debug logging in image views to strip sensitive authentication credentials from Home Assistant logs.
