🛡️ Home Assistant 2026.10 Compatibility (Scoped Registry Polyfill)

• Fixes #56: Resolved an issue where cards reported Custom element doesn't exist under Home Assistant Core 2026.10+ modern builds.
• Dynamic Scoped Registry Sync: Automatically detects and synchronizes all custom element registrations onto Home Assistant's @webcomponents/scoped-custom-element-registry polyfill as soon as it initializes, completely eliminating script evaluation race conditions between core app.js and global modules.
• Seek Polyfill Hardening: Added capability guarding on customElements.whenDefined in the browser seek polyfill.
