📱 Now Playing Card Device Name Display

• Added show_device_name boolean option to custom:jellyha-now-playing-card (default: false), allowing you to display the active device name alongside the user and client name (e.g., Marko · LG Smart TV · Jellyfin Web). Big thanks to @Idomoshe for contributing this feature in #54!
• Full visual card editor integration with toggle switches translated across all 8 supported languages (en, de, fr, es, it, nl, sl, ru).

🎨 Typography & Spacing Refinements

• Consistent Separators: Cleaned up the active metadata row to use clean middle dots (·) between user, device, and client names.
• Improved Legibility: Increased badge and pill font sizing (0.80rem–0.85rem) and adjusted padding for both active playback and ambient idle showcases.
• Vertical Spacing: Added breathing room between the genres/year line and the client/device details row.
