What's changed

• QuickJS client is closed exceptions now include the original closure cause as previous, preserving its stack trace and exception chain.
• Repeated close calls preserve the first closure cause.
• Normal closure captures the closing stack trace for diagnosing subsequent calls to a closed client.

Normal closure does not throw or log the captured exception. The QuickJS client is closed message remains unchanged.
