NFS Carbon NX 1.0.0-collectors-beta.1 (Collector's Edition, beta)

The first release of the Collector's Edition port. This is a beta. It uses the same renderer, audio output and DLC
handling as the Standard Edition 1.0.0, with its own install folder and its own NRO, so both editions can live on the same
SD card.

You need your own Collector's Edition game files and a CPU overclock (reference: CPU 1428 / GPU 768 / memory 1600 MHz).

What to expect

• Slower than the Standard Edition. Race wars run at 24 to 30 FPS (about 31 on the Standard Edition); lighter scenes at
  45 to 55 FPS. The translated game code keeps every register in memory between calls. A faster register-local translation
  exists but has not been run on hardware, so it is not part of this release.
• Fewer hours of testing. Boot, career, races, the pause menu and DLC loading were checked on hardware. Cutscenes, long
  sessions and every car and event were not.
• Everything in the 1.0.0 notes about audio, bloom, the reflection pass and DLC applies here too (30 packs at most).
• Known issues are the same as for 1.0.0, plus the lower frame rate above.

Install

Use a separate folder: sdmc:/switch/nfscarbon-collectors/ with nfscarbon-collectors.nro, nfscarbon.toml and your
Collector's game-data/ (default.xex, NFS/, Movies/). Use a fresh user/ folder, because saves are separate from
the Standard Edition. Launch with title override (hold R).

• Expected default.xex SHA-256: 922c7a1a2fc77405c43aac5159ad67fb0414c872084abc3335c68dbb4bec1815
  (media 1F8BEB88, version 7, USA / NTSC-U release; other regions are untested).
• nfscarbon.report.toml is the full-logging config for performance reports.

No game files are included, and none ever will be. Use dumps of original discs you own.
