This release upgrades the kafka java client to 4.3.0. With some tricks zio-kafka is still binary compatible with kafka 4.2.0.

Kafka client 4.3.0 requires Java 11 or later, is partially compatible with kafka brokers 2.1 - 2.8 and fully compatible with kafka brokers 3.x and later.
