本次发布把家族适配的官方 SDK cohort 推进到 0.2.0-rc.2，宿主下限随之上移，并把任务看板扩展成可承接外部 issue 的工作面：GitHub 集成可以直接把 issue 导入为卡片并受控写回，看板新增外部 provider 扩展契约、手工列切换、标签管理与按执行的验收门禁。技能中心对齐官方技能验收与排序规则，使用量页支持任意保留日期的切换，插件管理器加入列表级批量更新工具栏。四个卫星仓（皮肤中心、宠物、社区插件索引、预设中心）已先发布 0.4.5，本仓随后打 tag，聚合包按 semver 消费它们。

重要变更（宿主下限提升到 >=0.2.0-rc.2）：家族全部包与插件脚手架声明 dsh.engines.dsh >=0.2.0-rc.2 与同名 host peer，插件管理器在安装与更新时读取该下限。上一版本 0.4.4 声明的是 >=0.2.0-rc.1，因此仍在 0.2.0-rc.1 上的宿主必须先升级 DSH 本体再更新家族包：0.2.0-rc.2 目前同时是官方 npm latest 与 next 频道，按插件管理器提示升级即可。除该 cohort 与下限外，本版本没有需要手工迁移的改动，没有重命名任何已持久化的标识符、线协议字段或 profile 格式。任务看板新增的可选字段（外部 provider 契约、验收开关、标签）在缺省时按既有行为执行；已退役的旧行继续被无害读取。

This release advances the family's adapted official SDK cohort to 0.2.0-rc.2, moving the host floor up with it, and turns the task board into a surface that takes in external work: the GitHub integration imports issues as cards with controlled write-back, and the board gains an external-provider extension contract, hand-switched columns, tag management and a per-execution acceptance gate. The skill center aligns with the official skill acceptance and ranking rules, the usage page switches to any retained day, and the plugin manager adds a list-level bulk update toolbar. The four satellite repositories (skin center, pet, community plugin index, preset center) already published 0.4.5; this repository tags afterwards and the aggregate consumes them by semver.

Important change (the host floor moves to >=0.2.0-rc.2): every family package and the plugin scaffold declare dsh.engines.dsh >=0.2.0-rc.2 and the matching host peer, and the plugin manager reads that floor at install and update time. The previous release 0.4.4 declared >=0.2.0-rc.1, so a host still on 0.2.0-rc.1 must upgrade DSH itself before updating the family packages: 0.2.0-rc.2 currently serves as both the official npm latest and next channel, so following the plugin manager's prompt is enough. Apart from that cohort and floor, no manual migration is needed, and no persisted identifier, wire-protocol field or profile format was renamed. The optional fields the task board adds (the external-provider contract, the acceptance toggle and the tags) fall back to the previous behaviour when absent, and a retired row is still read harmlessly.
