• Cross-Tab & Cross-Mode Scroll/Caret Persistence (#467, #406): Fixed scroll and cursor position resetting to the top when switching between open tabs or switching view modes (liveEdit ↔ edit ↔ split ↔ preview ↔ reading), including Windows Live-Edit block mode.
• Active Line Highlighting Default & Soft Warm Tint (#467): Enabled active-line highlighting by default (with automatic migration) and styled the current line in light mode with an eye-friendly warm pink-tinted highlight.
• Read-Only File Save Guard & Close Prompt (#468): Saving a read-only file now displays a prominent warning and automatically opens the Save As dialog pre-filled with <name>-copy.md. Fixed main-window close handling so unsaved edits on read-only or modified files always prompt before closing.
• Fenced Code Block Isolation in Live Edit (#457, PR #473): Kept raw HTML blocks (<div>...</div>), images, GFM tables, and math scans inert inside fenced and indented code blocks (thanks @DarkModest).
• Ordered & Bullet List Hanging Indent (#469): Multi-line ordered and unordered list items in Live Edit now wrap with a clean hanging indent aligned with the first line's text, paired with tabular-nums marker alignment.
• Auto-Number Headings (#474): Added Paragraph → Auto-Number Headings (1 / 1.1 / 1.1.1) (heading.autoNumber) to hierarchically number, update, or toggle off heading numbers across the document while skipping YAML front matter and code blocks.
• Zoom Percentage HUD (#475): Adjusting UI zoom, editor font size, or preview font size via keyboard shortcuts or Ctrl + Wheel now displays a centered zoom percentage pill (110%).
• Settings & Titlebar Layout Polish (#467, #470, PR #472): Enlarged the Settings modal height, prevented narrow-window titlebar filename/menu overlap, and fixed AI provider <select> dropdown width overflow (thanks @DarkModest).
• File Tree & Tab Bar Enhancements (#405, #404, #403, #400, #399, #398, #385):
