Windows 图标热修 / Windows icon hotfix

• 任务栏固定项、开始菜单快捷方式和运行中的应用现在统一使用稳定的 app.solomd AppUserModelID。
• 修复升级后仍显示旧图标，以及取消固定后重新打开显示空白图标的问题。
• The taskbar pin, Start Menu shortcut, and running process now share the same stable app.solomd identity.
• Fixes stale or blank Windows icons after upgrading.

升级提示 / Upgrade note

Windows 无法自动重写已经损坏的旧固定项。安装 4.11.6 后，请将旧固定项取消一次，从新的开始菜单快捷方式启动 SoloMD，再重新固定；后续升级将保持正确身份和图标。

Windows cannot rewrite a previously broken pin. After installing 4.11.6, unpin the old item once, launch SoloMD from the refreshed Start Menu shortcut, then pin it again. Future upgrades will retain the correct identity and icon.
