Changelog

• Opted to use Tauri over Electron to reduce file size of the bundled app. Bringing the total bundle size down from 133MB > ~8.7MB (~3.8MB when zipped)
• Added both a portable .exe and an .msi installer (use of the .msi installer recommended as it comes bundled with dependencies, check README for more information)
• Added Lite bundles
