Supersedes drain-testnet-20260824. That build was cross-compiled directly on ubuntu-latest and required GLIBC_2.38, which the testnet signer hosts don't have — zetaclientd died at the dynamic linker before main() ran (confirmed live on signer1-us-east-1-testnet). This build cross-compiles inside the same pinned goreleaser-cross:v1.22.7 image the real zetaclientd releases use (#4632, #4633, #4634) — max required glibc is now 2.28, matching the currently-deployed v38.0.5 release build.
Client = zetaclientd-drain, from release/zetaclient/v38 (-tags pebbledb,ledger,drain), includes #4624/#4630 rehearsal caps + BTC fix.
Server = zetatool, from main, includes #4624/#4630/#4631.
