- 订阅来源不再局限于 RSS：支持通过插件提供订阅源，订阅向导与管理界面可直接选择插件来源，解析出的条目会像普通任务一样自动建任务、去重、调度和重试

🐛 问题修复
- 修复部分下载在保存目录不存在时直接失败的问题，现在会自动创建所需目录后再下载
- 修复文件名在部分情况下出现乱码的问题，涉及繁体中文文件名，以及网站通过 Content-Disposition 声明的 UTF-8/GBK 文件名

🚀 Features
- Subscriptions are no longer limited to RSS: plugins can now provide their own subscription sources, selectable directly from the subscription wizard and management screen. Items resolved from these sources are turned into downloads automatically, with the usual dedup, scheduling, and retry handling
- Added plugin login support: sign in via Cookie, Basic, Bearer, or Headers, including automatic polling after scanning a QR code. Login state is remembered and can be signed out at any time, enabling downloads from plugin sources that require authentication
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed downloads failing outright when the destination folder didn't exist yet; the required directories are now created automatically before downloading
- Fixed garbled filenames in some cases, including Traditional Chinese filenames and UTF-8/GBK filenames declared via
