🚀 新功能

• BitTorrent 连接加密（MSE）现支持三档策略：禁用 / 启用（默认）/ 强制，可通过配置项 bt_mse_mode 设置，用于兼容特定网络环境或运营商限速策略
• 优化 BT 节点连接调度：加快剔除失效 peer、平滑外连速率，并移除了列表中已失效多年的 bitcomet DHT 引导节点，DHT 引导更快更可靠

🐛 问题修复

• 修复 BT 监听端口在配置端口被占用时不再自动尝试下一个端口的问题；同时在主机不支持 IPv6 双栈监听时，会自动回退为纯 IPv4 监听，避免部分环境下 BT 任务无法建立连接

• BitTorrent peer encryption (MSE) now supports three modes: disabled / enabled (default) / forced, configurable via bt_mse_mode — useful for networks or ISPs that restrict unencrypted BT traffic
• Improved BT peer connection handling: faster eviction of dead peers, smoother outgoing connection pacing, and removal of a long-dead bitcomet DHT bootstrap node for quicker, more reliable DHT bootstrapping

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed BT listening failing to try the next port in the configured range when the first one was already in use; hosts without usable dual-stack IPv6 now correctly fall back to IPv4-only listening, preventing BT tasks from failing to connect on some setups
