🐛 问题修复
- 修复了一个可能误删已下载文件的问题：对同一链接重新添加"稍后下载"任务后，若直接删除该任务并选择同时删除文件（或选择重新下载），有概率把此前已完成、文件名相同的另一个下载成品一并删除。现在删除/重新下载只会清理任务自己真正生成的文件。

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where downloaded files could be deleted by mistake: if you re-added a "download later" task for the same link and then deleted that task with "also delete file" (or chose to re-download), it could end up removing a different, already-completed download that happened to share the same file name. Delete and re-download now only ever touch files the task actually produced.
