⬆️ Upgrade notes

• #861: Tool argument validation failures are now returned as a tool result with isError: true (with the validation message) instead of a JSON-RPC -32603 error. If your client or scripts relied on the -32603 error for invalid arguments, check isError on the tool result instead.
