This release adds a temporary workaround for microsoft/TypeScript#61862.
Additionally, a new --skip option has been added to zenfs-test, which passes it's argument through to Node.js' --test-skip-pattern when running tests for setup files. This finally resolves the problem with the scaling test failing for the port backend in CI.
