Fixes

• Fixed auto-focusing on inputs not working for popup windows, such as Bitwarden's login prompt. (#11377)
• Fixed not being able to drag and drop tabs between different windows if WS is disabled.
• Added extra migration backup checks to prevent possible data loss during migration.
